How to Upload Your Photo

Simply upload a high-quality photo where the subject(s) are clearly visible. For the best results, please ensure the entire body is in the shot. You can upload a photo of one person, two, or up to six people.

Good example:
Image with two people, sitting and facing the camera with clear visibility.

Bad example:
Image with two people, partially cropped and not showing the entire body.

Please ensure the image includes the number of people/pets selected. If there are more or fewer, you will be contacted to choose the correct photo. Thank you!

Yes, absolutely! You can include your pets in the customized design.

When selecting the number of figures, make sure to count all the people and pets you want to include.

Example:

• If you want to add 2 people + 1 cat, select the option for 3 Figures.
• If you’d like to include even more people or pets, you can opt for our BuildASoul Family Set, which is perfect for larger groups of up to 5 people.

Upload Your Photo: Click "choose image" and select your high-quality photo.

Pick Your Set: Choose your Bricks set—single figure or up to five.

Repeat if Needed: Want more custom Bricks? Upload a new photo and repeat. Once everything is selected, just add to cart, and we’ll take care of the rest! For the most accurate and detailed customization, we recommend submitting a photo where the full body is visible, ideally taken from the front. This allows us to personalize every detail of your set to closely match your image.

Production time: 3–6 working days

Shipping time: 10–15 working days worldwide. After placing your order, you have 2 days to request a refund before production starts. Once production begins, refunds are not available.
